Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Die Atmosphäre wurde massiv durch lärmige Musikberieselung gestört, der man kaum entgehen konnte. Nervige Animation, z.T. sehr unfreundliches Personal. Überwiegend spanisch sprechende Gäste aus Südamerika oder z.T. nervige US-Amerikaner. Vielleicht 10% Deutsche. Es wurde viel renoviert, was tagsüber zu Baulärm führte. Unser Meerblick-Zimmer war okay.
Unser Meerblickzimmer war in Ordnung, geräumig und wirklich schöner Blick aufs Meer. Leider gegen nachts auf dem Balkon herumgrölende Amis nicht ausreichend lärmisoliert. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine plus täglich 2 Rationen Kaffee. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nachts ausgemacht, da zu laut. Zwei mal in der Woche gab es frische Bettwäsche, mit der Reinigung waren wir zufrieden.
Es gab ein Hauptrestaurant, daneben konnte man je einmal pro Aufenthalt ein mexikanisches, ein italienisches und ein Gourmet- Restaurant besuchen. Außerdem gabs eine Sportbar mit Snacks am Strand, und mehrere Bars. Es gibt All- Inclusive -Verpflegung. Wir waren von der Qualität enttäuscht. Irgendwas haben wir immer noch gefunden, was uns geschmeckt hat, aber aufs Essen wirklich freuen konnten wir uns nicht. Eine Ausnahme waren die drei Spezialrestaurants, vor allem wegen des angenehmen Flair und des wirklich netten Service dort.
Die Verständigung war nicht immer einfach, da das Personal z.T. kein Englisch spricht. Leider war vor allem das männliche Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Im Restaurant war es nicht selbstverständlich, dass Getränke an den Tisch gebracht wurden, es hing davon ab, wer gerade zuständig war für den Tisch. Wir haben aber auch ganz liebe Mitarbeiter dort kennengelernt, das muss gerechterweise gesagt werden.
kurze Transfer-Zeit vom Flughafen Punta Cana , Schöner Strandabschnitt mit ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätzen. Es gab einen Bustransfer zum Shopping, den wir nicht wahrgenommen haben, nachdem uns andere Gäste abgeraten hatten. Die nähere Umgebung auf eigene Faust zu erkunden lohnt sich nicht, es gibt nur Mauern zu anderen Hotels zu sehen.

Wir fanden die Animation einfach nur schrecklich! Die Animateure haben auch Abends das Unterhaltungsprogramm gestaltet. Zum Weglaufen! Leider alles extrem laut.

Our hotel offers a wide variety both in our bars, buffet and the specialty restaurants, with the aim of meeting the culinary demands of different cultures who visit us. At breakfast, lunch and dinner time we offer to our guests a wide variety and fresh selection of vegetables, legumes, fruits, juices, fish, seafood, meat, pastries and more. However, quality is a subjective concept. In reference to service, we are surprised and worried to hear that you are not satisfied. In fact, our warm and attentive service use to be very often highlight and definitely it make the difference in Vista Sol Punta Cana. Our evening show as Circus, Dominican Night, Michael Jackson and etc. have good ratings from customers from different countries. The animation team daily makes great effort to satisfy our customers Idiomas empleados We truly regret any difficulties you may have experienced when communicating with our staff. We have a compromise ahead of us concerning this issue. As a matter of fact, we provide intensive educational courses, including English classes, since we understand the importance in our continuous effort to improve the quality of our customer service. Nonetheless, I can assure you that all the departments that are directly in contact with our guests have an English-speaking staff. Please note that RD is not an English speaking country. Also, when we travel abroad, it is always advisable to have an open and positive mindset.
