Kein richtiges Urlauberhotel, für Taucher sehr gut. Überhaupt kein Hotelleben, wie in anderen Hotels. Für Urlauber die keine 3 Malzeiten gebucht haben, kam das böse Erwachen keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, keine Getränke 14 Tage lang , nur ärgern.

    Dear Mr. Roland, I refer to your unfair comments, with score of 1 out of 6 ?? Normally in open skies, we accept and respect each comment withers they are positive or negative but to poison our name with allegations, excuse me, note the following: • Most of our guests before they book their vacation they review the product they are going to buy!! Like (Resort guest review, location ... City hotels or resorts dynamic family type with animation or chill out relaxing resort like our resort Viva blue!! In the first place you did not do that so blame yourself first before writing such nasty comments. • From time to time we encounter some guest your character, whom they have their own dream and prospective, they do not do their homework to review what they are buying and they blame others, please blame yourself first. • Taking about staff service and food and NO DRINKS??, in fact this is not the opinion of most of our respectable guests and our guest satisfaction in the social media , Holiday check and Tripadvisor tales themselves! • Mr. Ronald .. you stayed 14 long days and nights if you were unhappy WHY you did not contact your tour operator representative in Hurghada or complain to the resort management available 247 we could helped you to enjoy your stay and solve your problems if there were any, even we could have moved you to other resort to enjoy your vacation , instead of giving random allegations to our hard work and to our staff. • This is UNFAIR..UNFAIR Regards, I.Mounir Resort Manager
