We guarantee you that our competent staff works with their best disposition to accomplish all our guests’ requirements, within the diverse services of our operation. In addition to this, our maintenance department responds accurately to every customer request in order to reassure the comforting services our clients’ needs. In our Hotel we truly understand that the services our clients long for the most, are accommodation, food and beverage, therefore we are extremely careful in assuring our clients comforting accommodations, as it considerably influence our customer’s satisfaction and disposition to return. Therefore we deeply regret your room was affected by some maintenance or cleaning problems and as a result may have gotten a negative impression of our services. Also we offer you our apologies if in any particular manner you felt uncomfortable due of the words Princess as you mention.
