This beautifull hotel,in the middel of the fascinating Zillergrund area is a hidden gem. The familiar atmosphere in combination with professionalism and marvelous food makes that it is worth visiting year round.

nice, cosy, clean and spacious enough. no coffeemachine or minibar needed, we go downstairs to enjoy the fair priced drinks.

breakfast: local products, fresh brewed coffee and homemade bread and cakes evening: gastronomicly spoiled, that is how you will feel. everyday you can choose out of 3 menu's. and when you're kids don't find anything they like...the will make you something different accompanied by good wine ad good advise (Christian, sommelier)... a 5 course meal is serve everyday and in the evening: you enjoy the cosy bar.

We have been visiting this hotel since our doughter was 5! She is now 15 and at least once a year we visit. Everybody is super friendly... each time it feels like coming home. This friendly family run hotel is superclean, superni and very traditionallybuild.

Close tot the sizzling city Mayrhofen but hidden away, in this hotel you can make a perfect balance between relaxation and holliday. In summer:walking, hiking, biking ...and swimming or enjoying the surroundings from a chair at a lokal 'hut' in the mountains in winter: just a 15 min drive to superb skiarea's and enjoying the mountainview from the terrace of your room with the local bus you can explore the zillergrund, we prefere exploring the area by car, by foot or by bike. you won't be needing a restaurant... the owner and his son cook marvelous ! and they use a lot of their own farmproducts. granny's cakes are amazing and in summer you can enjoy it all at the summerterrace.

the poolarea is amazingly and is verry relaxing, the sauna area is also very nice.(cooling down on the terrace,overlooking the mountains reall empties your head) advice for hiking, biking etc is given on simple request. they really now the area!
