Die Anlage bestand ursprünglich aus 2 Hotels, nämlich dem Terra Maris und dem Creta Maris. Beide Hotels wurden vor einigen Jahren zu einem zusammengelegt. Das Hotel wurde dadurch relativ weitläufig, jedoch nicht so groß, dass man kilometerweit laufen müsste. Bei Google Maps auf dem Satellitenbild sieht man sehr gut die Ausmaße. Das Hotel erstreckt sich in der Länge auf ca 300 Meter, in der Breite auf vielleicht 100 bis 150 Meter.
