WIe kann die Klimaanlage schon "etwas älter" sein - ist da nicht alles neu? Warum ist das Hotel hier nur mit 4* bewertet? Es wird mit 5* verkauft.

Hello and thank you for your message. Our Hotel is 5* and some older A/C that were used were due to delayed delivery of hardware that was caused due to Covid pandemic

WIr haben das Hotel ab 21.8. gebucht - wie sieht es aus? Hat sich die Lage verbessert/verschlechtert? Gibt es aktive Baustellen? Wären euch dankbar!

We fully understand your concerns and we will be happy to explain the situation to you. The Covid pandemic has impacted travel and tourism delaying all operations and works. At the moment Numo Ierapetra is open and already hosting our first guests. Some works are still taking place in a discrete way, so that the peace and well-being of our guests is not affected.
