Kindly send us an email with your surname/family name and first name so that we can assign your room according to your request. For your information, our Superior rooms are located on Level 1 (Ground Floor) while our Deluxe Rooms are located on Level 2 and Level 3. All the Villa rooms are located on Level 1.
