Regarding your comments on the room, we offer a variety of room categories designed for different needs – from Standard and Family Rooms to Premium, Executive, Swim-Up, and Jacuzzi Rooms, as well as Private Pool options for those seeking extra space and comfort. All rooms are regularly maintained, and we strictly follow HACCP cleanliness guidelines to ensure the well-being of our guests. If there were any issues during your stay, our Guest Relations team would have been more than happy to assist immediately. On the topic of food and beverages, our hotel uses fresh, local, and high-quality produce to prepare a wide variety of dishes. We rotate our menus every two weeks to ensure diversity, and we host themed dinner nights such as Italian, Street Food, Greek, Cretan, and Mediterranean evenings to celebrate authentic flavors. We are also proud to be one of the few 4-star hotels in Crete offering a selection of branded alcoholic beverages within our all-inclusive package, which many of our guests appreciate. In terms of activities, we provide a fitness program – including yoga, pilates, aqua gym 6 days a week . In the evening we have entertainment including karaoke, live music, Cretan nights, and more several days of the week. Guests can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, and board games. The full schedule is always available at reception. Finally, concerning location, our hotel is conveniently situated only 15–20 minutes from Heraklion airport and city center. Popular attractions such as Cretaquarium, Dinosauria Park, Knossos Palace, and Agios Nikolaos are all within easy reach, making it an excellent base for exploring Crete.
