Aus DeutschlandSchönes Hotel, aber leider an der falschen Stelle. Fluglärm von ankommenden Flugzeugen und die Straße war auch immer hörbar, zumindest wenn man im Nebengebäude (swimup room) untergebracht war. Zimmer im Nebengebäude war ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit leider mangelhaft (Toilette bei Ankunft und jede Menge Staub, der von diesen Hängeleuchten abgefallen ist). Fraglich ob der Pool bei den swimup rooms gereinigt wurde. Gesehen haben wir niemanden, nur beim Hauptpool jeden Morgen. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war auf zack und immer freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Essen war ausreichend, ab und zu etwas zu kalt. Die Cocktails gut gemixt. Was mir persönlich etwas gefehlt hat, ist eine Gartenanlage mit mediterranen Pflanzen. Es gibt zwar versteckte Sitzmöglichkeiten, aber die Bepflanzung war zu dezent gehalten. Wahrscheinlich liegt das auch daran, dass das Hotel auf engstem Raum liegt, kein Platz für Garten usw. Auch beim Hauptpool saß man ziemlich eng aneinander. Wir waren aber sowieso jeden Tag unterwegs. Die Umgebung des Hotels und der Strand sind so lala....da gibt es schönere Ecken.

Regarding the pool cleaning, we adhere to HACCP guidelines for cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all our pools are cleaned twice a day early morning and late evening. We also have external partners who regularly check the water quality and conduct inspections to ensure everything is up to standard. As for the garden, we truly value green spaces, but due to our layout, there are limitations, though we’ve tried to incorporate cozy seating areas to enjoy the outdoors. We appreciate your suggestion to enhance this aspect and will take it into consideration as we plan future upgrades. We also recognize the importance of a relaxed and spacious atmosphere around the pool, and we appreciate your feedback on this.
