Usually guests recognize us by excellent food and quality ingredients that we use. We will definitely take your opinion into consideration because quality for us means everyday work on details so that every guest can recognize the quality we build. To give our guests the value that their are expecting we compensated the unfinished pool with free entrance to our Aqua park and free usage of the indoor pools in our wellness center together with the possibility of using other neighbor hotel pools. We are glad to inform You that now the two swimming pools are finished. We appreciate your worry about the technical details that have been finalized during your stay, but we must ensure you that all work is done under professional supervision.The security of our guest is on the first place and we apologize if you did not feel secure in our hotel.
