We regret though that we did not manage to exceed your expectations. we wish you have mentioned any problem you encountered while being in our premises. However as per our hotel description room type double Bungalow sea view is located by the Bungalows area ( side buildings next to the main one) & we are really sorry that you were not properly informed over this description. Kindly also advise whether is there any possibility to have been confused over the question & clicked by mistake on the red «thumbs down symbol" instead of the green "thumbs up symbol" as your overall score was 5/out of 6 , in that case it would be much appreciated whether you could fix it up. We take also the opportunity to advise you that our hotel has been fully reassessed during winter time so as to maintain our beautiful, traditional setting to a higher level to ensure that our guest’s holiday experience extends beyond inimitable hospitality and luxurious accommodation.
