Dear Guest, Thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts and experience on this site following your recent stay with us. We regret though that you think that our hotel should not be recommended by indicating «thumbs down symbol>>. Kindly note that our hotel has been fully renovated during winter so as to maintain our beautiful, traditional and luxury setting to a higher level to ensure that our guest’s holiday experience extends beyond inimitable hospitality and luxurious accommodation. Room type Bungalow was not available just the fist 2 days of our opening date, as these rooms were facing a technical issue with the Wi-Fi . Thus all hotel guests were upgraded to a higher room category in the main building instead. By now everything has bee settled & guests may receive room type Bungalow as well. We are continuously monitoring the feedback getting from our customers so your comments are invaluable to us and helps us to enhance the experience and address the finer details so we would be much appreciated if you contact us by reception & try to resolve any of your concerns.
