Wir waren froh, als wir wieder abgereist sind. Das Hotel ist auf große Reisegruppen ausgelegt und die Zimmer sind uralt. Der Schimmel im Bad war krass und einfach ekelhaft.

Das Zimmer war sehr altbacken und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Im Bad gab es einen muffigen Geruch und reichlich Schimmel (siehe Foto).

Das Hotel ist ein Durchgangshotel für große Reisegruppen. Entsprechend wenig gibt man sich beim Essen Mühe, da die Gruppen ohnehin nur kurz bleiben. Die Auswahl ist eher überschaubar und eintönig. Der Kaffee verdient seinen Namen nicht und ist absolut ungenießbar. Insgesamt versprüht das Restaurant den Charme einer Bahnhofskantine. Einzig die Aussicht ist gut.

Immerhin konnte man uns bei Abreise ein Taxi rufen. Sonst war das Personal in allen bereichen sehr passiv.

Also die Walbeobachtungstour ist sehr interessant und man bekommt echt viel gezeigt unf erklärt. Der Ausflug zum Capelinhos Vulkan ist auch spektalulär und man kann die Gewalt der Natur spüren.
