Our Staff works very hard every day in order to keep the high standards of Barceló Hotels & Resorts. Regarding your comments the sunbeds, we would like to inform you that our Pool Guard is always there checking if someone leaves the towels more than 120 minutes to collect them. This is a procedure where we are being very strict to make sure that we always have sunbeds available and that no one book it. So even that we have sunbeds available he must continue with the procedure.
