Aus DeutschlandAlles sehr schäbig und heruntergekommen. Wir fragen uns wie dieses Hotel an seine 5 Sterne gekommen ist. Die Zimmer sind so was von dreckig das ist eine Frechheit!!! Alle Gäste mit dennen wir ins Gespräch gekommen sind, waren entsetzt über dieses DRECKSLOCH!!!
Dreckig, dreckig, dreckig und zwar alles!!! Die Kissen waren vollgeschmiert und voller Schweissflecken, diese wurden nach unserer Beschwerde ausgetauscht. Die Matratzen zu weich, wir hatten alle Rückenschmerzen. Alle Türen und das Bett waren vollgeschmiert, einfach nur ekelhaft!!! Wir haben uns darüber beschwert aber es wurde nur der Boden gewischt und etwas das Bad, und nicht mehr.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hat auch gut geschmeckt.
Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit
Der Strand ist in der Nähe bzw. hoteleigener Strand. Es gibt ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die nächste größere Stadt ist ca. 5 Km entfernt. Die Fahrt von Flughafen zum Hotel dauerte ca. 50 Minuten (mit dem Transfer) In der Nähe gibt es keine guten Ausflugziele.

Entertainment ist sehr schlecht, es gab kaum Unterhaltung. Wellnessmöglichkeiten gibt es, wir haben aber diese nicht genutzt da es viel zu teuer ist. Der Pool ist okay allerdings die Sonnenschirme waren ziemlich durchgerostet.

We are pleased to read that you liked our staff and found them nice & helpful and that the food was varied and tasted good. As per your comments about the level of luxury rating, kindly note that we are a "Mediterranean style" resort Hotel and not the heavy 5* style, emphasising more to our services, staff behavior and quality. Regarding the entertainment there is a variety of weekly evening enents ( Greek folklore dances, a music duet, an aqua pool live show, a pianist and a DJ ) above to the Mini Club daily activities and the evening Mini Disco for our little friends, the various daily activities by the pool and beach, as well as the Theater at the evening for adults. For those who wish to be more quiet the small atrium with its fountain beside the restaurant & bar, or the library area on the 1st floor, both we believe are ideal. On the other hand, we are really saddened as we realized that some points of your stay fell short of your expectations. As per the room mattresses, kindly note that as last room renovation took place on October 2015 your comment we believe is a point of personal taste, as we receive mainly positive comments regarding their comfort and quality. However, although your comments certainly doesn’t reflect the real image of our Hotel at all, we believe that it should be nice if you had shared your thoughts with us during your stay, so we would have the chance to react and/or explain accordingly.
