Aus ÖsterreichWurden in einem Nebengebäude verbannt und konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen , viele bellende Hunde, laute Straße und das Zimmer entspricht auf gar keinen Fall die Erwartungen von 5 Stern-Anlage...... Haben mit Aufpreis ein schönes Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick bekommen.... Haupttrakt um den Pool /sehr laut/ ,sehr gute Strandlage, sehr freundliches Personal! Die Animateure /meistens sehr sympathische Italiener/ sind sehr bemüht und flexibel, gutes Sportangebot und 2 tolle Themen-Restaurants neben dem Hauptrestaurant, allgemein sehr gute Küche....

Our team is happy to read that you liked your room with direct sea view, the very good beach location, the entertainers being very helpful and flexible, the very good cuisine, the two great theme restaurants, and that you found our staff very friendly. Please allow me to refer to an issue you have raised, the new room with direct sea view and with surcharge, as we believe you totaly understand that prices are different from a garden view room ( as originally booked ) to a direct sea front one. On the other hand we feel really sorry about the incident with the loud barking dogs by the street the first night, something which was beyond our control.
