Bella Beach Hotel

Dear Guests, Τhank you for taking the time to post your review from your recent stay at our Bella Beach Hotel on Holidaycheck. We are always open to sincere criticism in order to improve our services and offer to our Guests the best holidays possible. By reading your comments though, we feel the need to react as yours certainly doesn’t reflect the real image of our Hotel at all. Regarding your comments for the level of luxury rating, kindly note that we are a mediterranean style resort Hotel and not the heavy 5* style, emphasising more to our services, staff behavior and quality. For your information note that it is clearly explained, in both Hotel & Tour Operator description, that the bottled water is placed as a welcome in room upon your arrival and mini fridge is provided in rooms but NOT mini bar. However we believe that it should be nice if you had shared your thoughts with us during your stay, so we would have the chance to explain and/or react accordingly.
