Aus DeutschlandIm Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Bella Beach "Eher gut". Was besonders gut war, war das Essen sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowohl an der Lobbybar als auch im Restaurant. Zu den eher schlechten und enttäuschenden Dingen zählt besonders der Aspekt, dass die Strand- sowie Snackbar ab dem 18.10.16 geschlossen wurden, obwohl das Saisonende erst am 03.11.16 war. Die Beschwerde diesbezüglich haben wir mehrmals an der Rezeption abgeben, diese wurde allerdings schlichtweg ignoriert. Das zeichnet unserer Meinung nach keinen guten Service aus, denn der Preis für diesen Aufenthalt war nicht gering. Zudem ist zu erwähnen, dass die Getränke am Pool einen Chlorgeschmack hatten, im Zimmer nur Pappbecher (und keine Kaffeesahne) für den Kaffee vorhanden waren, es nur eine Flasche Wasser pro Aufenthalt (für 2 Wochen) auf dem Zimmer gab und einige Sonnenschirme am Strand defekt waren. Dies sind alles Dinge, die unserer Meinung nach in einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht aufzufinden sein sollten. Schließlich ist zudem noch zu betonen, dass der Zimmersafe mit 3 Euro/Tag für ein 5-Sterne Hotel zu teuer ist.
Das Zimmer wurde stets gesäubert und die Sauberkeit entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Der Duschvorhang war bei Ankunft stark vergilbt, wurde jedoch nach Reklamation gesäubert.
Essen war sehr lecker. Die Auswahl war auch sehr vielfältig und es war stets für jeden etwas dabei :-)
Schade war, dass die Beschwerden (bzgl. Schließung der Strand- und Snackbar vor Saisonende) an der Rezeption nicht ernst genommen und schließlich nicht umgesetzt wurden.

We appreciate that you have taken the time to give us your feedback and as per your comments regarding the quality of the drinks at the pool bar ( had a chlorine taste ) we understand as not being in accordance with your personal taste and we will take them into serious consideration for any improvements we may proceed to, for the next season. The beach bar is clearly stated in all brochures concerning our Hotel that it is open only during the High season, however, as this year the weather was very nice we kept it open until the 19th of October ... afterwards the weather changed, the temperature was dropping a lot since early in the afternoon and we decided to close it. There was nothing strange about this. For your information note that it is clearly explained, in both Hotel & Tour Operator description, that the bottled water is placed as a welcome in room upon your arrival and that the use of the safe is with extra charge. We never advertised something different. We believe anyhow that it should be nice if you had shared your thoughts with us during your stay, so we would have the chance to explain and/or react accordingly. However our team is happy to know that you found your stay in our Hotel good, the rooms clean,the the staff very friendly and the food very good and varied.
