    Dear Guests, Thank you for your review on HolidayCheck website, regarding your recent stay in Bella Beach Hotel. It is gratifying to know that you found the Hotel quiet, you liked our restaurant and found it nice, you found the food good, the WiFi great and our staff nice. On the other hand, we feel saddened as some aspects of the hospitality we offer, did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding your comments as per the level of luxury rating, kindly note that we are a "Mediterranean style" resort Hotel and not the heavy 5* style, emphasising more to our services, staff behavior and quality. As per the room style, we are surprised by your comments as last room renovation took place on October 2015, so your comments we believe, is a point of personal taste, as we receive many positive comments, regarding their style and equipment. Your feedback helps us better understand your needs and demands, in our effort to provide an exceptional service and further develop our resort. However, we believe that it should be nice if you had shared your remarks and thoughts with us during your stay, so we would have the chance to explain and/or react accordingly and fulfill your preferences. We work hard to deliver an exceptional Guest experience and apologize your holiday did not reach your expectation. If a Guest is dissatisfied in resort we will always look for a solution to resolve this.
