Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, an einem ruhigen Sandstrand. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, da das Managment eine Katastrophe ist und wir umgebucht wurden. Unsere Zimmer (zwei Dreibettzimmer) waren überbucht.

    Dear Guests, Management catastrophic ... does this concern us ? We are trying for a long time now through HolidayCheck to reach you and try to make you understand that it is not correct to use our Hotel’s site in order to show your frustration about being transferred from another Hotel to us, unfortunately without success. We totally understand and respect your anger about this, but it is totally unfair for us to be blamed for something that was never our mistake and we only try to help you out in the best possible way !!! As you very well write, you liked in our Hotel the location (5) the service (5) the food (5) the Sports & Entertainment (6) the proximity to the sandy beach, the fact that everything was nice and clean, but at the same time Room & Hotel sector both receives (1) ... Is it for ours ? or is it for the one that transferred you ? Apart from this, your review title and the not recommended red hand, corresponds to your problem about being overbooked from another Hotel to us ... Therefore please be so kind and take out this review from our Hotel and publish it in the Hotel that was responsible for this overbooking! We will be very glad to have a review from you that concerns only our Hotel and our services and not the problem that you had with another Hotel ...
