Aus Deutschlandam strand und im Hotel sind genügend liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden, schöner strand und sehr sauberes Meer.an den bars und im Restaurant gute Bedienung.hotel nicht ruhig,da in der Einflugschneise,sehr viele Flugzeuge auch im Oktober.kein tägl.wasser,nur am ankunftstag.das buffet ist nicht abwechlungsreich,keine themenessen-aber zum frühstück sekt,jedoch keine frisch gemachte eier,.
wir hatten familienzimm-2 zimmer-ein bad- laut Katalog gebucht bei fti-wir waren 3 erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder,das bad hatte nur ca. 5 qm- eine Katastrophe.bei der Reklamation ,kein entgegenkommen. nur 1 x wasser erhalten.einfache Einrichtung, Hotel max. 4 Sterne !!!

We appreciate that you have taken the time to give us your feedback, helping us in this way to improve our services. By reading your comments though ( especially the one regarding the bathroom size ) we feel the need to disagree as it is the first time during Hotel's operation we receive such a comment from a Guest and yours certainly doesn’t reflect the reality at all. Regarding the bottled water as per both, Hotel and Tour Operator description, kindly note that this is a welcome, placed on room upon your arrival only. As per your comments regarding the variety of food, our Buffet is offering 90-120 different options per meal, 4 kinds of Cheese - any kind of fresh season vegetables - 8 mixed salads + Greek salad-12 kinds of bread- 10 different kinds of fresh fruits -banana-apple-grapes-orange-kiwi-pear-melon -water melon-etc- 12 kinds of deserts- soup- 15 different main courses for every taste - French fries. etc-etc-etc as well as special low calories menus & gluten free menus on request plus champagne daily in our breakfast, Last but not least, we have two OUTDOORS Theme Restaurants Olive Tree & Orion at the disposal of ALL our Guests. We believe anyhow, that it should be nice if you had shared your thoughts with us during your stay, so we would have the chance to explain and/or react accordingly. However our team is happy to know that you found the beach beautiful, the sea crystal clear and the services offered in all bars & restaurants very good.
