Bedingt durch die kurzfristige streikbedingte Schließung vom The Palms wurden wir in dieses Hotel umgebucht. Wir kamen am 23.12. abends an und blieben bis 27.12.25 Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Und haben ein paar schöne Weihnachtstage hier verlebt.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Pool und seitlichen Meerblick bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und großzügig gestaltet.

Wir durften das Weihnachtsdinner erleben, welches ausgesprochen schön angerichtet und dekoriert war. Es gab Livemusik und auch Santa Claus hatte für die Kinder Geschenke bereit. Auch an den anderen Tagen war die Auswahl sehr gut und schmeckte immer. Bei All Inclusive ist in diesem Hotel auch der Wein zu allen Mahlzeiten inbegriffen und es gab sehr guten Kaffee, Capuccino und Espresso. Besonders hat uns auch gefallen, dass es Wasser aus Glasflaschen gab und der Umweltgedanke in dem Hotel großgeschrieben wird.

Der Service war überall gut. Die Mitarbeiter hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Man wurde auch am Strand und am Pool an den Liegen bedient, sobald wir mal ein Glas selber tragen wollten, wurde uns das sofort abgenommen.

Da wir vorher schon auf Rundreise waren, haben wir hier nur noch Strand und Pool genossen. Sehr schön war die Abendunterhaltung mit Bands oder Alleinunterhalter, so dass wir jeden Abend das Tanzbein geschwungen haben.
