Der angebliche schöne Strandblick wurde durch ein Kraftwerk auf der linken Seite gestört. Sind deswegen auch zum Anwalt gegangen und haben Geld zurück bekommen.

Mr. Horst, As per our conversation last year when you vacationed in our hotel in 2018, we want to mention once again that we tried our best to accommodate you according to your wishes. Upon your arrival you were allocated in a bungalow with a bathtub as per your reservation request, however you asked to change in the main building and we immediately remedied this issue by showing you 2 different room numbers, choosing one with a shower. In the evening of the same day, once again you informed the reception desk that you were not satisfied with your room, and we arranged for you to change in another room the next days immediately, even though the hotel was fully booked at the time. Regarding the power plant, as your local tour operator representative mentioned last year as well, the hotel is not located in a very short distance to our hotel, but in a distance of at least 2 km from us. As you can clearly see from other guests’ reviews, the power plant is unobtrusive and unnoticeable. We take our clients’ feedback very seriously and we always try to fix any existing issues as soon as possible. Our staff team works diligently every day to ensure that our guests are enjoying their time in our hotel. We are sorry to hear that due to your miscommunication with the tour operator, you were not fully satisfied by our hotel, however your complaints were addressed and fixed immediately by our staff team so we cannot understand your etremely low rating, and more so that you decided one year later from your actual holiday in our hotel to write a review.
