Hotelanlage und Zimmer ganz gut. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist das einzig gute. Pools sehr klein und nicht sauber. Essen eher mittelmäßig. All inclusive ist das unserer Meinung nicht wenn es von 10-22 Uhr geht. Nur 4 Cocktails inclusive, und die sind mit Ouzo. Bier und Hauswein waren sehr "dünn". WLAN gegen Gebühr. Personalmangel, was auf Kosten der Gäste geht. Warmwasser war nicht immer verfügbar. Sicherheit rund um das Hotel war auch manchmal fragwürdig, freiliegende Kabel und Rohre.....Kinderclub ist ein Witz - da wird nur gebastelt in einem unklimatisierten Raum. Spa-Bereich auch ohne Klima
Unser Zimmer bestand aus einem Wohnraum mit kleiner Küche und 2 Schlafcouchs. Extra Schlafzimmer. Zimmer war sauber, aber alles recht alt. Vor allem das Bad. Bei uns war es Morgens und nachts sehr laut, da der Mini-Markt daneben war. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, doch die waren auch nicht besser, also sind wir geblieben.
Das Essen war eher mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Salate und Nachtische waren ganz gut. Fleischgerichte sehr schlecht.....Alles verkocht und kein gegrilltes Fleisch.... Kaum Personal, die die Tische Freiräumen und neu decken.
Personal bemüht sich sehr, doch es sind kaum welche da. z.B. beim Essen.

Poolanlage zu klein und nicht sauber. Wasser ist schmierig. Wellnessbereich ohne Klima. Fitness ? Habe ich nicht viel mitbekommen.......in DEN Pools ? Kinderdisco abends war ganz okay, für Erwachsene war nur 3x in 14 Tagen etwas geboten. Um 22 Uhr gingen eh alle, da das all inclusive vorbei war........

We would like to start with our apologies for any inconvenience that you have felt in our hotel. Our biggest priority is to satisfy all our guests and we are sorry that you didn't feel this way. First, we would like to say sorry that you didn't like our All Inclusive menus. We usually have very positive comments about all the different kinds of dishes our kitchen staff prepares every day for our guests. And everyday day there is a variety of plates, so they can satisfy everybody. About the All Inclusive program we say that every hotel has it's own rules and hours. Ours finishes at 22.00. After that, the bar stays open until 01.00. If someone wants to stay longer in the bar, is possible. About the evening entertainment we don't agree with your comment, since we have 3 times the week and not 3 times in the 14 days. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our hotel location and the view to the sea, eating from our restaurant's terrace. We also want to thank you for liking the cleaning service as well as the animators program for kids.
