Leider sind die Zimmer nicht modern eingerichtet und düster. Die Liegen am Strand müssen extra bezahlt werden und ab 22 Uhr sind die Getränke nicht mehr im "all inclusive" enthalten. Vom Hotel werden außerdem keine Strandhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Essen ist sehr einseitig und es gibt nur wenig Auswahl vorallem für Kinder, denn diese bekommen entweder Chicken Nuggets, Fischstäbchen oder Pizza. Im großen und ganzen könnte dieses Hotel auch als "all exclusive" Hotel durchgehen.

Dear Viola, Thank you so much for finding the time to comment us on Holidaycheck. We were sorry to read that you and your family didn't enjoy the stay with us. Every hotel has it 's own different rules. In our hotel, the All Inclusive program ends at 22.00. The bar stays open until 01.00, if someone wants to stay longer. About paying for the sunbeds. The sunbeds are outside of the hotel but they don't belong to us but to Rethymno Municipality and they ask for this money. About the towels for the beach, nowhere in our broshure's or internet site we say that we provide towels for the beach. We really feel sorry for any inconvenience that you might have felt with us and we hope if you decide to come again in Dimitrios Village Beach Resort we ll manage to meet your expectations.
