Dimitrios Village Beach Resort

Dear von Dojo, We would like to thank you for the time you took to write a review about Dimitrios Village Beach Resort on Holidaycheck. We were happy to read that you had great holidays with us and that you really liked the location of our hotel, which has direct access to the beach. First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced during you stay. About the ants in the room-we are really sorry about this, but why didn't you complain to the reception? We would have taken all the neccessary measurments. About the water in the bathroom, we apologize as well, it is just there is a completely plumping system in Greece but for any problem I am sure our hotel technician will run to any problem and try to solve it as soon as possible. About the coffee, we really don't understand the comment, since this is the first time that someone complains about the taste. It is not an instant coffee but a filter coffee instead and we use one of the most famous and expensive coffee brands. In any case, sorry that you didn't like our coffee or food. About the cats outside the restaurant, we love pets but those cats do not belong to the hotel. We say to all guests that is it not allowed to feed them but young children play with them all the time and feed them as well. As a result we see often cats begging for food in our restaurant terrace.... On the other hand, we appreciate your comments about our friendly and helpfull hotel staff.
