Das Zimmer war etwas klein vor allem die Dusche das ging gar nicht viel zu klein. In der Bar sind wir uns als allinc.wie zweite Ware vor gekommen das auch andere Gäste bestätigen. Essen war kaum Gewürzt und immer das gleiche sowie die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs ging gar nicht. Landschaft und Ausblick von den Bars wunderschön. Strand teilweise zu voll. Sehr viel junge Leute und Russische Leute. Das Personal von der eigenen Bar sehr Nett. Wir werden in dieses hotel nicht mehr gehen

Dear guests, We are sorry to hear that we didn't met up to your standards, and that you decided not to visit us again. Our rooms vary in size and placement. If you found your room smaller than expected, you should ask the reception to allocate you to a family room which is around 35 sq.m. Our food is made with pure ingredients, freshly cooked every day. Seasoning is subjective and we always try to keep it to the lowest possible as there are guests who cannot cope the saltiness of a dish or the taste of a spice. There were 6 pools and 3 beaches to choose from and its hard for us to think that it was crowded in all places. Our personnel works in a professional manner, doing everything they can to keep our guests happy and content, and we are glad that you acknowledged it. Finally, if you change your mind and decide to visit us again, we would like to notify you that our hotel will change its name to Porto Greco Village Beach Hotel. Best regards, The management team
