Aus Deutschlandkein Luxus, keine 5 Sterne, kleine Zimmer , keine Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Zimmer, Toilette ohne Abluft, DeckenDusche ließ sich nicht feststellen, Kein Schränk o.ä. nur 9 Bügel und 2 Kästen für Garderobe, kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon, erhebliche Abflußgeräusche Tag und Nacht, keine Dusche im Außenbereich für Pool, Personal freundlich aber eher unfähig, da keine Einarbeitung. erhebliche Baumängel ! Ankunft im Hotel um 21.30 Uhr.. kein Abendessen mehr !!

Dear Emil, at first allow us to express our disapointment to read that you have not enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Regarding your aforementioned points allow us to comment that Our double rooms are 20 m2 as described on the presentations. We offer larger rooms at our property with the relevant charge. The ceiling showers have raining shower function. There is no closet but a modern designed wardrobe, all the guest who ask from the reception for more hangers are served with more hangers immediately. The drainage noise is the sound of the water fall in the swimming pool For All our late arrivals there is a cold plate or club sandwich. And there is room service 24hours at our property.
