Mein persönliches Highlight war das ich mir Pool-Bakterien eingefangen habe. Das einzigste Positive war für mich das Wetter
Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach ausgestattet. Alles war schmutzig und sandig. Handtücher wurden sehr unregelmäßig gewechselt genau so wie die Bettlaken. Da die Klimaanlage nicht regulierbar war hatte man es entweder zu kalt oder zu heiss im Zimmer. Die Matratzen hatten unterschiedliche Längen und Breiten.
Das Essen war so schlecht das ich es nicht in Worte fassen kann. Wenn das Restaurante besetzt war wurde die Türe zu gemacht und man musste draussen warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde.Das All-in Angebot gilt leider nur bis 23.00 Uhr . Danach muss man Bier und Wasser teuer bezahlen.Das griechische Nationalgetränk " Frappe " ist nicht im All-in beinhaltet. Quzo gab es auch nur stundenweise.
Das ganze Personal sprach kein Wort Deutsch. Wenn man kein Englisch oder Griechisch kann ist man aufgeschmissen.

Die musikalische Beschallung war so laut ,das man sich mit unter anschreien musste um etwas zu verstehen.Es lief jeden Tag die gleiche CD. Der Miniclub ( auf den sich meine Enkelkinder sehr gefreut hatten ) war nur stundenweise geöffnet. Morgens war das Wasser im Pool klar,doch nach ca. drei Stunden konnte man seine Füße kaum noch sehen. Das Personal ging jeden Nachmittag mit einem Plastikbehälter zu einer Ecke am Pool und schöpfte den dort angeschwemmten Dreck raus.

Dear valued guest, thank you for your comments. We are really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your holidays in our Hotel, because our aim remains always, to keep our guests satisfied. We would like to let you know that there are several members of our Hotel’s staff, that they are speaking German. The Front Office manager and two of our receptionists, the Maitre of our restaurant and one waiter and one of the bartenders in our Main Bar. Actually, we are surprised to hear your comments about the food that is offered in our Restaurants. We understand and respect that maybe someone doesn’t like some food or particularly some dishes but in our Restaurants for every meal, we are offering a large selection of choices from Greek and International cuisine. Also, every night are offered in our Themed Restaurant, dishes from a different cuisine. All the relative information about the A.I. program that is offered from our Hotel (when the program is valid, which snacks and beverages are offered, in which departments and at what time, what’s the operation hours of the Mini Club, how often we change linen and towels, etc) are available in all the sites and the brochures of the T.O.’s that we are co operating with. All the rooms of our Hotel are equipped with individual units of A/C that can be adjusted in that way that the guest wishes. Our chambermaids are all well trained and experienced, they use all the proper material for cleaning and they follow the appropriate procedure. All the rooms are checked daily from our Housekeeper in order to maintain the cleanliness standards, high as always. Regarding the pool, we are aware that it can happen some days, for a couple of hours around noon, when there are many guests swimming and the temperature is very high, that the water is not completely transparent. This due to the sun protection creams and sun tan oils, that our guests are using. There are hundreds of guests that are using our pool daily and we never had any case of someone getting “pool-bacteria” or anything else. Please be sure that the water of our pool is kept always in the highest hygiene standards, we make daily three quality controls and the results are always recorded. Once again we are very sorry that your vacations in our Hotel, were not as enjoyable as you wished to be.
