My son and I just came back from another stay in Grand Kaptan. We visited Grand Kaptan for the seventh time. We enjoyed returning to the hotel. The hotel is still very nice and generally, the staff is friendly. However, we are sorry that the hotel does not comply with its previous standard. The previous staff was more competent and food was better last year. We think that the service was not as good as previously. We do not consider the hotel to be that much better than other hotels anymore meaning that the price is too high compared to other hotel. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and will still recommend this hotel.
