Dear mr Ralf, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel to spent your holidays at and for taking the time to write your personal opinion . Our aim is the guests' satisfaction and we are really happy to read your flattering comments about our staff. We would like to clarify about the food quality you mentioned that all kinds of meat and vegetables we serve are fresh and cooked with local organic olive oil . The pastries are fresh and made in house. All the ingredients we use are being selected carefully and they have the approval of the Greek Ministry of Agricultural Growth and Food. The main restaurant offers on a daily basis more than 20 different recipes that differ day by day, a lot of different fresh salads and we have a live show cooking during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can accept the differences in the personal taste but we cannot accept this opinion on the quality of our food.
