Dear Guests, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel to spent your holidays at. After reading your review we need to make clear some of the thing you mention. Regarding the issue with the bathtub after the room was cleaning up by housekeeping lady we received the information from her that the tub was damaged. Propably this happened from the previous guests. The maintance team ordered immediately a new one and it was replaced . Because the hotel was fully booked ,unfortunatelly we couldn't accommodate you in another room so, this was fixed by the maintance during your stay. We assure you that our aim is the guests' satisfaction and we always do our best to essure a great atmosphere in our hotel. High Beach Hotel is a 4 star hotel, situated directly on the golden sandy beach of the traditional village of Malia. The location is the perfect spot for those who want to relax, as well as for those want to live the vivid life of Malia, as it is quiet and at the same time close enough to all the happenings, just 5 minutes walk. High Beach Hotel amenities range from spa, health, and recreation facilities, gym, lounge beach and pool bar with exquisite offerings. The quality of the food we serve is one of the most important assets to us. All kinds of meat, vegetables and fruits we serve are fresh and cooked with local organic olive oil. The pastries are fresh and made in house. The main restaurant offers on a daily basis more than 20 different recipes that differ day by day, more than 20 different fresh salads and we have a live show cooking during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hygiene of our hotel is the proper one and our rooms are being cleaned and sterilized on a daily basis 7 times per week.
