Wir haben nur ÜF gebucht. Das Zimmer war schmutzig mit einer Klimaanlage, die nicht funktionierte. Im Badezimmer hat es keine Handtücher gegeben. Frühstück: sehr kleine Auswahl und schlechte Qualität (wie in einer schlechten Kantine). Die Lage des Hotels war das Einzige positive.

Dear Mr.Cincurak; thank you for your review of our hotel after your stay. As you know you have reserved mountain view room but upon arrival you were accomodated in sea view room on best spot in the hotel without any extra charge. Reason for this is that all mountain side rooms were occupied. Also upon arrival or during your 3 day stay you did not make any complaint regarding breakfast, cleaning service or malfunction of the air condition. In our documentation we did not found any complaint made from you during your stay in the hotel so this review has surprised us. Breakfast is normal buffet breakfast for 3 star hotel so if you expected something more, our suggestion is that next time you should reserve 5 star hotel that maybe can fullfill your expectations. Towels are delivered in rooms regulary upon arrival and changed every day. We clean rooms every day and if you had any problem you should report it to the reception. Anyway thank you for your review.
