Dear Mr. Dieter, Thank you for visiting Odyssia Beach Hotel and for taking time to send us your review. We regret reading that you did not enjoy your stay as expected. At the same time, we would like to assure you that, in no case, there is any difference in the way that we treat our guests, according to their Tour Operator, as you support. All the guests are equal for us and our main purpose is to do the best possible, in order to create beautiful moments, so, they enjoy their holidays as they dream to. In every Tour Operator’s Catalogue and in our homepage’s description, is very clearly mentioned, with details, all the facilities of our Hotel, of every room and which of those are included or not in the room price. We regret reading that you were not well informed by booking our Hotel and you could not spend your valuable time to your full satisfaction. Regarding the food in our restaurants, our Team of Chefs strive daily to create new recipes and delicacies to our guests. In our buffet everyone can find daily Greek & International dishes, all prepared with ingredients of fine quality and all based on the Traditional Greek & Cretan Cuisine. Unfortunately, we are aware that it is not always possible to meet every guest’s taste. Nevertheless, our Team of Chef’s is always willing to hear any special request and we assure you that they always try to do the best possible in order to satisfy every demanding palate. According to our records, we have nothing mentioned by you, during your stay with us, regarding the food, and we wish that you have informed us then, in order to let us give you more alternatives. The same is valid for the room cleaning. There is no complaint done by you, as long as you were in our Hotel. We, also, wish that we knew that then, in order to investigate further and give a solution in any possible issue. We cannot accept your claims regarding the cleaning, as, this is something that someone should report immediately and not after a long time, just to cause false impressions. We are surprised regarding your comments for our Service Manager, who is a valued member of our company and for whom we always receive excellent comments, concerning the service he offers to every guest separately, his friendliness and the good communication with everyone. As he informed us, he never spoke to you to an impolite manner, but the opposite, he was always speaking very nice to you, but, it was you the one who was unfriendly. Such circumstances make us feel very unhappy, as, we always want to have the best possible relationship with our guests and to be friends with everyone. Once more, we feel unhappy that you did not enjoy your stay with us, but we cannot accept your review, as long as you never complained about something during your stay with us, and this shows us that your sole purpose is to defame our Hotel.
