Hotel Odyssia Beach

Dear Stefan, Thank you for choosing Odyssia Beach for your holidays. Although, the general overall of your review shows that we are in the correct track, we would like to express our disappointment when we realized from which person this review comes from and the deepest reason for which you don’t recommend this Hotel. First of all, we would like to remind you, that you booked a standard single room, which corresponds to a simple category, with standard facilities and you received a decent room, which corresponded to the originally booked category and the rate that you paid. We would like to mention that our facilities, location, extra services and other details are compiled on our Tour Operator’s catalogues for our guests to view. We are sad that you did not find this before booking, as, if you did so, you would be better informed to what is included in your package or not and you could spend your valuable vacation time to your complete satisfaction. In addition, you would have the opportunity to choose the suitable room category for you. Worldwide, most of the Hotels have different room types, which could be cheap or more expensive, always according to the room facilities, the room size etc. Since you were interested to book something more expensive, you should have done it by booking and, by the time you didn’t, an upcharge should be expected. Regarding the food and according to our records, we did not received any complaint from you during your stay. We are aware of the fact that we cannot meet, always, all the tastes, but, in general, we receive excellent comments from the majority of our guests, who always have to say only the best words for our Menu. In addition, our Team of Chefs are always present to hear any issue that someone might have and give alternatives. The most disappointing comment is regarding the Management of the Hotel, despite the numerous efforts done by him to make you control your behavior. Since the first day of your arrival, you were consuming a lot of alcohol, which made you behave in a very impolite way to other guests and female members of our Staff. You were speaking using only vulgar words to our Staff, trying to touch them and you were offering the amount of 1000 euro to our female Staff in exchange for satisfying your sexual desires. You were molesting not only our Staff, but, also, other ladies who were guests in our Hotel and the ladies who were performing the entertainment event, which took place in our Lounge Bar Restaurant. The harassment was so intense that there were many complaints from other guests. The Staff has been instructed to allow you a specific amount of alcohol, in order to protect you and the people around you. You, even, asked from our Staff multiple times, to find you drugs, like cocaine, and you were insisting disrespectfully. The Hotel Manager tried to reason with you, and you started threatening him and shouting to him, saying that you will hire other persons to bodily harm him. This caused panic to the people who were present, including guests. You stopped only when he told you that he will call the police. You mention that you were thinking to change Hotel, but our biggest mistake was that we didn’t ask from your Travel Agency to take you from our Hotel, as you are a dangerous person and no Tour Operator should allow you to book holidays with them in the future.
