According to the records of all of our departments, we have no complaints done by you or any other member of your family. In case that any guest has any complaint, we always prefer to be informed, as, our first priority is to have satisfied guests and we are always willing to do our best to achieve that. We sincerely regret that we have not been able to meet your expectations to your complete satisfaction, but we assure you that we work every day to reduce the vulnerabilities by strengthening our team in order to provide the perfect holidays that you expect. It would be more kind by your side to inform us about any issue you might had directly, and not let us know that you did not enjoy your stay with us after your departure. By acting like that, you did not give us the opportunity to investigate further your issues, in order to help and give a solution. In case there was not a specific issue, but you, just, do not consider Odyssia Beach a 4- star Hotel, please, be informed that the category that a Hotel is ranked is not according to the opinion of a person, but according to authorized organization, which controls and valuates all the necessary details and preconditions needed. Our Hotel has successfully passed this evaluation. Once more, we feel unhappy that you did not enjoy your stay with us, but we cannot accept your review, as long as you never complained about something during your stay with us, and this shows us that your sole purpose is to defame our Hotel.
