- Zimmer sehen lieblos aus - Dusche sehr dreckig und alt - das Essen war nicht gut. Jeden Tag mehrere frittierte fertig Speisen (Kalamari in Teig, Fisch in Teig, Pommes…) - keine Guten freie Speisen - Anordnung der Speisen und Salatbar unterirdisch. - Handtücher für den Strand kosten beim Tausch 1 € für die Wäsche - der Beach- Boy der das Geld für die Liegen eingesammelt hat war sehr sympathisch und nett.

    Dear Mrs. Nelli, Thank you for choosing Odyssia Beach for your stay and for taking time to send us your review. We regret reading such reviews from guests who did not express anything during their stay in our hotel. Regarding your room, we would like to remind you that you booked a Standard Category, so the cheapest one, and you received a complimentary upgrade to a Sea View Room, but, unfortunately, you did not appreciate it. Furthermore, you have never expressed any issue regarding the room or any cleaning issue, in order to give us the chance to give you more alternatives. The same happened with the meals. Only the last day of your departure, you expressed that you prefer gluten free food. Till that time we had no information, in order to show you the appropriate options. Always in our buffet, there are plenty of different recipes, which can satisfy every demanding palate. There are different options for all the groups and preferences. The only thing that you should do, was to inform us and then, our Chef would have taken contact to you, in order to show you which preparations are more suitable for you, or even to find something extra that you wish. We are aware that it’s not possible always to meet the preferences of all the guests, but we cannot accept your review regarding the food, as we continuously receive excellent comments from the majority of our guests, who always confirm that there is always at least one option for everyone in the buffet and there is nothing missing. For one more time, we regret reading that we did not meet your expectations to the fullest, but we wish that you were more communicative and you would have expressed your issues during your stay with us, in order to give us the opportunity to help and give you more alternatives. Many members of our Staff expressed that you were not even corresponding in their greetings, and you was turning your head on the other side, not leaving this way anyone to approach you, and you chose to express your complaints just before leaving the Hotel. This shows clearly, that, by sending us this review, your sole purpose is to defame our Hotel and create wrong impressions to other potential guests.
