Hotel Odyssia Beach

Dear reviewer, The hotel cannot accept comments that are not valid & describe fake facts. You support that there is almost no animation in our hotel, and this shows us that you did not spent any time in our hotel, or, even, did not stay with us. If you would, you could join one of the plenty activities that our Animation Staff is performing daily, as also to enjoy the shows, which take place four times per week in our Seaside Lounge Bar Restaurant. According to our records, we have no similar complaints from any guest during the period that you support that you were with us, as also no personal details which match with yours. We always try to be next to our guests as much as possible and help them with any issue or question that they might have. Our Team of Supervisors is always present in every department and willing to offer the best possible service to each guest separately. We regret that you did not find it that way. For all the above reasons, we cannot accept your review and we strongly believe that it is unfair that you did not took contact to us to express your questions and you didn’t see & appreciate our great effort to satisfy everyone, but, you just preferred to send us an untrue review, with sole purpose to defame our hotel and damage our reputation.
