Vorsicht bei buchung bei Schauinsland- Reisen Supirior Zimmer sind ganz normale Zimmer also höher Buchen,sonst zusatzkosten.Für essen im Sea Sead Resaurant für das gleiche essen 5euro pro Tag und Person,Kühlschrank kostet extra,Kaffee 4€,Überall zusatzkosten und Essen verdeutsch (nichts griechisches)Service Manager kann mit Kritik nicht nicht umgehen und kritiesiert dann die Leute im Speisesaal.Personal im Sevice Spricht kein deutsch nur reception. Hochzeitsfeiern und Geburtstagsfeiern bis morgens um4.30Uhr seien normal. Einmal un nie wider

Dear Dieter, Thank you for visiting our 4 star hotel, which is located in a wonderful seafront location. We regret reading that we did not fully meet your expectations, but we would like to mention that our facilities, location, extra services and other details are compiled on our Tour Operator’s catalogues for our guests to view. Probably, you were not able to find this before booking and, unfortunately, you have spent your valuable vacation time to think about all these and not to enjoy your time with us. Above all, we regret that you were not communicative enough and did not share your impressions, also regarding everything else, with our management team, who are always present, or shared with their colleagues at the reception to give us the opportunity to further optimize your experience. Regarding the food, the Quality and variety is always one of our priorities and, our Team of Chefs strive daily to satisfy even the most demanding palate. A big variety of choices, open cooking station, cold buffet with fresh biological season vegetables, traditional Cretan dairy products (cheese, yoghurt etc.), Greek delicatessen products, variety of bread from a Cretan traditional bakery, original Cretan Honey and jams from local producers, traditional and international sweets and so many other delicacies can be found daily in our morning or evening buffet and all based on the Greek Cuisine, and, this is something that someone can confirm by reading many other reviews, which are written from guests who appreciate the Greek food and respect the daily effort of our team of Chefs. We cooperate with one of the best coffee, with top quality, companies, which provided to us special coffee machines, in order to give you the chance to enjoy any different type of coffee (Latte, Americano, Cappuccino, Espresso Filter coffee e.t.c.) with your breakfast, whenever you wish, and not only filter coffee and especially free of charge. Of course, during the day you can order coffee in our bar, and it is normal to pay extra for that, as far as our Hotel is NOT an All Inclusive Hotel. I was born & raised in Germany, and, honestly, I don’t know any Hotel there, where the coffee is served free of charge. You paid a low price for your holidays and you should know what is included in this price. On the other hand, you could search for a more expensive accommodation, in which, there are more things included. The main restaurant of the Hotel is the Gardenside Restaurant. Due to the limited area and, in order to avoid any delay in the service, we decided to create a new option, the Deluxe or Premium Room, in which, the meals in Seaside Bar Restaurant are included by booking. The Guests that book the specific categories, have already prepaid for this facility. Nevertheless, each guest, who wishes to use the Seaside Restaurant, could, simply, upgrade the restaurant directly with us, and this is something that you could do too, or, maybe, you could have booked a Deluxe or Premium Room, but, probably, you were not well informed when you booked your holidays. In addition, this separation is only for the Breakfast & Dinner, and the Seaside Bar Restaurant is available for everyone during the day. Regarding the celebrations, during your stay & according to our records, there was only one birthday party and it was till 02:00 am, so, the same time that the bar is closing. You complained about the lack of Staff who speaks German. You decided to travel in another country. It is widely known, that, English is the international language and NOT German. Furthermore, I am, personally, everyday & all day present in all the departments, and especially, the bar restaurant, as I want to take contact to every guest separately and listen to everything they tell me. As mentioned before, I speak German fluently, so, you could take contact to me and express your complaints & concerns. Communication is something that needs at least two persons to happen, and, apparently, you are not a communicative person, otherwise you would have taken contact to me, in order to give me the opportunity to explain all the above issues. Furthermore, it is very important to know you to make a critique, the way we do it & how we make someone accept it. Of course, we always accept any right criticism and we strive to do our best to make improvements. Every action is followed by a reaction, so, probably, you should reconsider your behavior and the way you spoke to our Staff, in order to understand why they did not accept your comments. Once more, we regret that you did not enjoy your holidays here to the utmost. For all the above reasons, we cannot accept your comments and we strongly believe that they are unfair, with sole purpose to harm and defame our Hotel, which is obvious from the unkind comments that you did and which you posted twice, by using a fake name.
