Studio T0 gebucht: alte abgenützte Möbel, kalter durchzug im Zimmer, da Lüftungsschlitze im Fenster, die man nicht schließen kann, Sauberkeit mangelhaft. gegen Aufpreis Spa-Zimmer gebucht, dennoch keinen freien Zugang zum Spabereich erhalten, hääte zusätzlich 19,-- € /Tag gekostet. Keine Bademäntel, Slippers im Spa-Zimmer. Ratten (lebend) auf dem Hotelgelände im Bar-, Zimmer- und Rezeptionsbereich gesichtet. Wifi nur an Poolbar und Rezeption. Gäste: Rentner Kinder eher unerwünscht, da man einer Familie das Buchen eines Spa-Zimmers verwehrt und das Benutzen des Hallenbades 5,-- € extra kostet. Parken kostet auch extra.

  • Nach Beschwerde über Studiozimmer bekamen wir als Alternative ein normales Doppelzimmer und ein Spa-Zimmer gegen Aufpreis angeboten.

    Dear Mr. Mrs. On behalf of the Management of Quinta Splendida, we took good note of your comments and are truly sorry that our hotel did not fit your expectations. Our concept lies in constant improve the hotel areas, services and facilities, in order to meet the customer satisfaction, by providing high standard of service and facilities. It is very important for us to know your opinion; therefore your feedback is highly appreciated. Concerning the Room description you have mentioned, and once that you were not satisfied, it would be important for us to know about your feedback during the stay, so that we could give you direct feedback and provide you a Splendid stay. Our Guest’s feedback is more than welcome and this is the first information given to our guests upon arrival. Once that it was given the opportunity to change, you should have accept it, so that you could enjoy a different and better room - in your point of view. We kindly inform you that our Spa is available to all guests. When our guests buy the entry for the spa with the cost of €19,00 they have immediately access to bathrobe, slippers and indoor pool is also included in the price. If guests book a spa treatment, all facilities and services in spa are included during the treatment day. Concerning Fitness room, we kindly inform that Quinta Splendida has two fitness rooms: one in the Spa area - very completed with all gymnasium machines and another free to our guests near the Pool area – more simple. Referring to our Bars we are proud to highlight our guests that our bars are open 3 times in a week, being that in other days – “Bar dos Artistas” is open so that our guests may enjoy a drink before or after the meals. Animation is free for our guests; we provide it 3 times in a week with live show and music. Only the Fado music is payable - normal procedure in all places where is possible to assist such exquisite and cultural show – Traditional of Portugal. It would be also important to have these same comments during your stay, so that we could act in the moment; however these points were not reported to our staff (Reception, Restaurant and Guest Relations), and neither was reported on the guest questionnaire, filled upon departure. We take this opportunity to assure you that we will take the necessary measures to improve our services and facilities and hope we can welcome you again at our house, in the near future, so we can provide you the splendid stay you wished to have.
