Gentili Signori, desideriamo innanzitutto ringraziarvi per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza e per il buon punteggio assegnato alla nostra struttura. Ci dispiace apprendere che alcuni aspetti non abbiano soddisfatto pienamente le vostre aspettative. In particolare, ci sorprende il commento relativo alla colazione, poiché rappresenta uno dei servizi sui quali investiamo maggiormente. Ogni giorno proponiamo un'ampia selezione di circa dieci prodotti di pasticceria fresca realizzati artigianalmente dalla nostra pasticcera, oltre a una ricca proposta salata con salumi, formaggi, uova preparate al momento dal nostro staff e altre specialità che variano durante la settimana. Per quanto riguarda le camere, desideriamo precisare che tutte sono state recentemente rinnovate e completamente ristrutturate nel corso dell'ultimo anno, con l'obiettivo di offrire ai nostri ospiti ambienti moderni e confortevoli. Accogliamo invece con piacere la vostra osservazione sui lettini della piscina. Comprendiamo che il comfort sia un elemento importante e, proprio per migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza dei nostri ospiti, abbiamo già provveduto all'acquisto di nuovi materassini. Cogliamo inoltre l'occasione per ricordare che, pur avendo prenotato una tipologia di camera base, vi è stato riservato gratuitamente un upgrade in una camera vista mare. Inoltre, avendo ricevuto la segnalazione del vostro arrivo nelle prime ore del mattino, abbiamo fatto il possibile per consegnarvi la camera già alle ore 7:30, ben prima dell'orario di check-in previsto dalle 15:00. Si tratta di attenzioni che riserviamo con piacere quando le condizioni operative lo consentono e che speriamo siano state apprezzate. Vi ringraziamo comunque per i vostri suggerimenti, che rappresentano sempre uno stimolo per continuare a migliorare. We are sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We were particularly surprised by your comment regarding the breakfast, as it is one of the services in which we invest the greatest care and attention. Every morning we offer a selection of around ten different homemade pastries and cakes, all freshly prepared by our pastry chef, together with a wide range of savory options including cheeses, cold cuts, freshly cooked eggs prepared live by our staff, and other specialties that vary throughout the week. Regarding the rooms, we would like to point out that all accommodations were completely renovated this year, with the aim of providing our guests with modern and comfortable surroundings. We fully understand your observation concerning the pool loungers. Guest comfort is very important to us and, following similar feedback, we have already invested in new mattress pads to further enhance the poolside experience. We would also like to mention that, although you had booked one of our entry-level room categories, we were pleased to offer you a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. Furthermore, as you informed us of your early morning arrival, we made every effort to have your room ready by 7:30 a.m., significantly earlier than our official check-in time of 3:00 p.m. We are always happy to provide such courtesies whenever operationally possible and hope they contributed positively to your stay.
