Extrem dreckiges Hotel in dem seit der Eröffnung nichts mehr gemacht wurde. Unfreundliches Personal und kein Designcharme wie in der Beschreibung versprochen, dafür jede Menge Prostituierte aus dem Ostblock in der Lobby und Proleten mit russischem Akzent und Kanone im Hosenbund.
Dreckig und heruntergekommen. Alles komplett in weiss aber verdreckt und fleckig. Verschmierte Fenster und Spiegel, nicht gesaugte Teppiche.
Unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist ganz gut, in der Nähe des 5M Migros und des aufstrebenden Stadtbezirks Konyaalti.

Dear Thomas, First of all, thank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed to learn that you were dissatisfied with our hotel and we did not live up to your expectations in different areas. But still we are glad to know that you liked the location of the hotel. You are right; location of the hotel has always been our strength as it provides ample opportunities for our guests to do their entire bucket list in Antalya. Moreover, it is close to sightseeing and has a good infrastructure around. Based on your comments about cleanliness, we would say that cleanliness is one of the basic services on which we focused in our hotel. Therefore, it has been a great disappointment for us to not be able to please you. In fact, our hotel has a great housekeeping team who are working with great passion for ensuring a clean environment for guests. But as you underlined, the Hotel is all white and it is hard to keep it clean. Unfortunately, due to our hotel is not a new one, the rooms could seem don't the cleanest due to cracks on white flooring o patches on some materials. The Housekeeping team has received your feedback regarding the cleaning, and will therefore make sure that our future guests do not experience similar problems. We are sorry that you found the attitude of our staff, hostile and rude. The main goal of the hospitality industry, as well as the philosophy of our hotel, is to make our guests feel special so that they feel at home. All of our staff has been selected carefully and are trained to be polite and courteous. That why, we are very disappointed to hear that you were unsatisfied with the attitude of our staff and we sincerely apologize to you regarding these. We carefully monitor that our guests do not violate generally accepted norms of behaviour and do not cause disturbance to other guests.
