Katastrophal im Zimmer waren überall armeisen spinnen Kakerlaken als wir es angesprochen haben haben wir kein neues Zimmer bekommen die duschen waren verstopft kam kein richtiges Wasser raus

Dear Mr. Urlauber, Thank you for choosing Themis Beach for your vacation. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your vacation with us. The rooms you got were renovated, very clean and the problem with the ants that happened upon your arrival was solved immediately as we sprayed your rooms with a special product that is safe for you and your children. Unfortunately, due to climate change, insects enter the interior of the building from the external gardens. Regarding the food, there is a wide variety of fresh salads, local specialities, hot dishes and desserts at all meals. If you could not eat due to a special diet, you should ask us to help you. At our hotel we feed over 400 people at every meal and the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority. You stayed with us in August when our hotel is full and we don't have many options to change your room or upgrade to a sea view as you requested since customers had already paid for that option. Thanks again for staying with us.
