My wife and I have been to this hotel together 7 times. While we have tried other hotels in and around Hurghada and Sharm el Sheik we keep coming back to this one because:
Big, spacious, well-equipped with everything you basically need (lots of furniture, big bathroom, TV, balconies, well-functioning safes). Air conditioning works perfectly. Drinks are refilled in the refrigerator for free every day, I personally like that.... The whole hotel is meticulously clean, including the rooms.
Consistently excellent. We were always very impressed by the huge selection and especially the deserts!
The Imperial Shams has a more personal touch and is not so mega-super-Huge. My wife and I like this. Over the many times we have been here we have been consistently impressed by the friendly service. See more below...
All the rooms are super close to the beach. Especially if you are vacationing for sun, sand and water, this is the place for you (I am not a kite surfer, but compared to the other hotels I have seen, this looks like the place to go for kite surfing - there is a huge dedicated beach just for kite surfing. Also, wind surfing is just nearby)
