Zimmer reparaturbedürftig. Tür klemte/öff´nete Schlecht (Reparatur mehrfach gewünscht). Schimmel im Badezimmer. Tür von Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig (hing runter). Fernbedienung TV funktioniert schlecht (trotz neuer Batterie).

With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel.
