We always welcome feedback from our guests (whether it is positive or negative), as this is the best way for us to improve our service. We were delighted to learn that, on the whole, you enjoyed your stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you found our rooms comfortable and well-equipped. Each of our guest-rooms offers a spacious seating area and a private balcony or terrace where our guests can take in the magnificent views of the ocean or of our private lagoon. An additional sofa bed is available for families travelling with young children (below 12 years). For travellers who require a little more space, our elegant one-bedroom suites offer 76-80 sq m of luxuriously appointed living space. Thank you for sharing such balanced feedback about our breakfast and dinner buffets at Café Lazare. Each night of the week our buffets have a different theme to cater for different tastes and preferences, and to offer our guests a greater variety of cuisines. I am sorry that you were not better satisfied with the level of service and the buffet presentation at our dining outlets. The training and re-training of staff is an on-going process that we will surely revise based on your feedback. I hope that if ever you return to our hotel, you will find these issues have been rectified. As Seychelles is a tropical destination, we are very proud of our rich and unique biodiversity, both above and below water. The reef just in front of our hotel is teeming with marine life, including many different types of sea weed, coral and sea urchins. It is advisable to wear reef shoes when walking in the water in front of our hotel. Our guests are invited to borrow protective reef shoes, free of charge, from our Water Sports Pavilion, located on the main beach.
