Unser täglicher Spaziergang am gepflegten Strand und baden im warmen Meer war sehr schön. Geärgert haben wir uns darüber dass wir während dem Abendessen schon di+49 152 34353585e Rechnung für die Getränke bekamen ohne dass wir danach verlangt hatten. Das kann man als Rausschmiss verstehen. Am letzten Tag gab es kein Abendessen mehr obwohl wir erst um 21:30 Uhr zum Flughafen gebracht wurden.

However, there was also the unsatisfied service delivery as you mentioned about our billing process, and the late checking out. It could have been happier for you if we have discussed about this before your leaving. Normally, when the guests have preferable payment by clearing all expense on departure date. All guests are required to put the name and signature on the bill every time they order food or drink from restaurant to ensure that it is correct bill and amount for your own convenience. In this case, we believe that the staff’s intention was to ensure the guests have correct bills as goodwill from the staff. However, on behalf of service team, we apology in this activity as it may have caused you uneasiness. In the case of late departure, we always provide choices for our guests from late checkout service, dinner package, luggage room service and also shower room. Our restaurant is open for dinner from 18.00 – 22.00, so it is up to our valued guests to proceed decision which one is suitable. We regret to learn if this time the services provided was not pleasant for you to choose. Please kindly accept our sincerely apology in all incident that may cause you uncomfortable and inconvenience while you were staying with us.
