Dear Mr Peter, Thank you very much for your review which we read with surprise. Your comments do not characterize our overall service or professionalism of our staff. We are very careful with the variety and quality of the food, something that the majority of our guests mention. In respect on your comment about gyros, for example, every Friday we make sure to have it on the dinner menu, as many guests love it. Furthermore, our hotel chef and the restaurant stuff always try to accommodate all possible requests promptly, as soon as these are mentioned. Nevertheless, please be assured that your constructive remark has been taken into consideration and immediate actions will been taken.
