Your comments do not characterize our overall service or professionalism of our staff. Our entire team tries very hard in offering you the same experience that we would like to have when traveling. However, we take into consideration your marks about certain parts of your stay, in order to improve. Our personnel at the front office always try to accommodate all possible requests promptly, including any maintenance issues.
