Dear Katrin, Greetings from Kudafushi Resort & SPA! We are truly sad that you brought us to the point of terminating the service provided to you, forcing us to escort you out of the island, but your behaviour towards our personnel did not leave us a choice. That makes you the first and only blacklisted guests to Kudafushi. Note that we will always be doing our best to protect our valued guests, our employees and the normal continuation of operations. Despite your positive feedback during the biggest part of your stay, you mention that Kudafushi is “rather average” and you give us 3 out of 5 rating. You are aware that we did our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, despite your bad luck with your luggage, being misplaced by the international airline. We understood your frustration and we were sympathizing with you, offering you, amongst others: brand new tailored clothes, complimentary laundry services during your stay and a phone charger. Offers that you have accepted and at that point you seemed to had realized the fact that, even though we could not be blamed for your issue, we were doing our best to make your stay smooth. We do not understand what changed later. It seems you still hold a grudge in order to create an account on TripAdvisor so you can give us a bad rating, but you certainly know that it is not a rating we deserve.
